Cooking, eating and indulging are traditions and essential parts of every Austrian’s quality of living. At each of his restaurants, Wallse, Café Sabarsky, Blaue Gans and Café Kristall, Kurt aims to create unique and inspired menus that reflect his heritage as well as his passion for art and farm-fresh cooking.
