Cookbook

In Neue Cuisine, Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner shares his favorite contemporary and traditional recipes and the cultural heritage that has inspired him. It showcases more than 100 recipes, featuring Viennese specialties such as apple strudel and Wiener Schnitzel, as well as modern dishes using fresh-from-the-market ingredients, such as pea soup with pineapple mint.

 All books ordered through KG-NY can be signed and/or personalized by chef Kurt Gutenbrunner and will be wrapped in period paper supplied by the Neue Galerie Design Shop.  Shipping is available in the United States for a fee of $10.99.  Books can also be picked up at one of the KG-NY restaurants.  For international shipping rates please call our main office.
